Lady of Avalon is a stump doll pattern. She is 18″ tall and her body is a round section partly filled with plastic pellets so that she stands securely. Her costume is based on a medieval lady from Avalon. She is a simple doll to make with full instructions on sculpting the face and making the hands, arms and body. The hair on my doll is Tibetan Lamb but you can use anything you like of course. I have made the costume from Dupion Silk and chiffon. Pattern includes templates, instructions and step by step photos.
